Good
I had an offer for 4 adults for about 264 euros, but on arrival at the hotel I had to pay 20 euros for two people in room

the staff at the hotel were extremely kind and helpful, going above and beyond to make sure my stay was enjoyable. They even provided a private room for my son to practice his cello. the hotel is a bit further from the town center, but they offer a convenient shuttle service that took us wherever we wanted to go. the rooms were clean and the breakfast was delicious. I highly recommend Best Western for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Barletta.
Can't fault anything about it. 🙌

Very comfortable hotel and facilities.
The triple room I've offered was ensured just by two sets of towels and although I'd asked the staff for a thitd set, we have not received any.

The check-in process was incredibly smooth and efficient. The staff warmly welcomed us and addressed us by name, which was a nice personal touch. Our room was well-organized and tidy, with a comfortable bed. The breakfast offered a variety of choices and was enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

My time in the Hotel was very nice, relaxing and comfortable. All people of the staff was very kind and friendly. I appreciated the cousine of the Restaurant inside, the rich breakfast, private parking, easy driving to the center of town.
The room was different from the room I booked in the hotel website on internet so I asked to change. I preferred a room with balcony! The second room was smaller than the first one but it was with a nice balcony. It would be nice to find a little table and chairs outside!

Located in a convenient spot in a commercial area, this hotel offers a comfortable stay. WiFi works well in the main lounge area, and the breakfast includes the essentials with the option for espresso. the staff is friendly and welcoming.
Thin walls and unsatisfying coffee are the drawbacks of this hotel.

Nice and big rooms (ours with balcony), very friendly employees. They give us a second room for my daughter instead of a third bed in our room. The breakfast ist good, one of the best italian croissants I have eaten. A place to stay a nice spa

They gave us a free pass to the spa.
The breakfast was terrible, poor and not well served. The hotel was fully booked and people had to cue to get a croissant. Fruits and juices not fresh. Bad coffee. For a 4 stars hotel this is not acceptable.

Cannot find anything I liked about the Hotel. I have stayed in many Best western Hotels and this was by far the worst.
This was a very tired Hotel. Which hadn't been refurbished in years. -The room had a rubber cover over the mattress. What sort of people stay in this Hotel? -The barman (actually the receptionist) had no idea how to make a gin and tonic. -The dinner was appalling. We had carrot soup to start. Three quarters of it was covered in Parmesan shavings (yes shavings-that's how stale it was). It totally dominated the taste. It could have been bath water and you wouldn't have known. This was followed by Veal in gravy. You couldn't chew the meat. It had been diced, I guess, to try to make the chewing easier. The gravy was coloured water. We didn't eat any of it. Most of the tables were for one or two people. They all faced a large television screen which blasted football at you -At breakfast there was no butter. I got a bowl of cereal and went to get a spoon and found it encrusted with dried food. After folding back the cloth covering the spoons I found four that were in the same condition. I pointed it out to the waiter who offered no apology and just took them away. Must be a normal happening. This was a disgusting Hotel and Bookings.com should consider removing it from their website. What I am also surprised at is that it comes under the Best Western banner. Whether they own it (get rid of the staff and refurbish it) or it is a franchise (then stop it being one until the standards are markedly improved). The town is a dump as well. Best to stay in Trani (next door) near the Cathederal. It was very nice there.

The hotel was located on a busy road near many stores, making it very convenient. The facilities were clean and spacious. The staff was helpful, providing shuttle service to the city center and train station. The breakfast was delicious and had many options.
Nothing to be said.
